A client project does not automatically transfer ownership of Games2Escape's pre-existing technology, tools, frameworks, reusable systems or other pre-existing intellectual property unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Brand Games

Games2Escape may develop customized games and interactive experiences for brands and businesses.

Brand names, trademarks, logos, images and other materials supplied by clients remain the property of their respective owners.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide materials supplied to Games2Escape for use in a project.

7. Commercial Licensing

Selected Games2Escape games may be available for commercial licensing.

Commercial licensing rights, permitted platforms, territories, duration, distribution rights, modification rights and other conditions will be defined in a separate written licensing agreement.

Purchasing or receiving a license does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying game unless explicitly stated in the applicable agreement.

8. Non-Commercial Licensing
